Collection — free
Collect at our pickup point.
Open during business hours.
Bring the 6-character collection code from your order and your ID. Orders are held for 7 days after they are ready.
Courier delivery
Door-to-door courier costs R 150, and is free on orders over R 2 500.
We dispatch within 1–2 working days of payment. You get a waybill number and tracking link on your order page, and we keep proof of delivery on file.
Someone else collecting
They must bring the collection code and their ID. We record the name and ID number of whoever collects the laptop.
Uncollected orders
If an order is not collected within the collection window we contact you. We may cancel and refund the order if we cannot reach you.
