Who you are buying from
These terms apply to every sale made through this store. We are a registered second-hand goods dealer and keep a register of every device we buy and sell, as required by the Second-Hand Goods Act.
Used goods, described honestly
Every laptop is second-hand and refurbished. Each listing shows the condition grade, battery health, operating system, licence status and any known faults. You buy the specific laptop shown, with those faults disclosed.
Prices and payment
All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT. Your order is only confirmed once payment is received in full.
Delivery by courier costs R 150 and is free on orders over R 2 500. Collection is free.
Stock holds
When you start checkout we hold that laptop for 15 minutes. If the order is not completed the laptop goes back on sale.
Collection window
Paid orders must be collected within 7 days at our pickup point (business hours). Bring your collection code and your ID.
Data on devices
Every device is wiped before sale and a wipe certificate is kept on file. We are not responsible for any data you later place on the device.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. See our returns and warranty page for details.
